Q: How do I shop Online at HahnPhotographic.com?
Using our shopping cart system is fast and easy!
Just click on any category to view your favorite photographic supplies and
pricing.
Add any items you wish to your shopping cart, (you can always make changes
to your cart later).
When you're ready to buy, Click "Checkout" in the top right corner
of the screen.
This will begin your secure checkout process, where you will fill out ship
to and bill to addresses, choose your shipping option, see the total cost of
your order.
After placing your order you will receive a receipt of your transaction by
e-mail.

Q: When will my order ship?
We stock a wide variety of photo products. Most orders are usually processed,
packed and shipped within 1 business day. The amount of time it takes for your
order to arrive once it has been shipped depends on which shipping option you
choose.

Q: What about sales tax and shipping charges?
Sales tax is charged to New York State Residents only.
If you are a N.Y. tax exempt organization:
Email or fax your certificate to "Hahn Photographic." 
Shipping charges vary, and are calculated by item weight, destination zip code,
and UPS shipping service requested. We offer the following shipping services...

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2 Day Air
UPS Canada Standard
UPS Worldwide Expedited
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout (after you enter the ship to
and bill to addresses), and you can choose which service you'd like from a drop-down
list. If you are not happy with any of your shipping service options, simply
leave to stop the check out process.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason call or email us
within 10 days from the date when you received your purchase. All non-defective
product returns must be in original condition, customer is responsible for all
