At HahnPhotographic.com your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason call or email us
within 10 days from the date when you received your purchase. All non-defective
product returns must be in original condition, customer is responsible for all
shipping costs.
- Digital SLR’S that have shutter actuations will not be accepted unless
they are defective which a replacement will be sent.
- Products shipped back that is not in original condition will not be accepted.
- There is no service charge for exchanges, But you will be charged for actual
shipping back to you!!!!!
- You do not need a RMA #.
Exchanges only valid for 10 days.
PLEASE NOTE!!! If sending back for credit, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Instructions for returns...
1.) Copy or include the Invoice and ship with the return.
2.) Include complete reason for return in the box.
3.) Include daytime phone number.
4.) Use original shipping box if possible.
